Professor Ishaq Oloyede, the Registrar, Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) visited the Federal College of Education (Technical), Akoka, Lagos on Wednesday ,10th January, 2018.
He was received by the Provost, Dr Sijibomi Olusanya and the Registrar, Mr. Afolabi Dada.He noted the challenges being faced in the registration of candidates for 2018 Jamb Examination in the Centre as being more of technical faults than that of network issues.
He therefore directed the JAMB officer in charge of Lagos to send a Technical Officer to FCE(T) Akoka Centre to rectify the fault(s) and report back immediately. Stating that registration of a candidate should not exceed three (3) minutes.
Professor Ishaq Oloyede who inspected the JAMB Examination Centre in the College expressed satisfaction with the facilities provided. He advised that the Computers should also be utilised for Computer Training for Staff and Students of the College
