NOTICE OF PROCUREMENTS
The College through the Procurement Unit invites quotations/bids from competent and College Registered Contractors who have renewed their Registration for the current year 2017 for the following item:

  1. Supply of Furniture & Fittings to the College
  2. Supply of Laboratory Reagents for 2017/2018 Academic Session to the Medical Centre
  3. Printing of 5,000 Copies of File Jackets for UNIBEN
  4. Fumigation and deracination of the Provost’s Building
NOTE:
  1. Bidders are to submit their bids in a sealed envelope and drop in the Procurement Unit on or before 12.00 noon on Wednesday, 27th December, 2017.
  2. They can seek clarification from the Procurement Unit of the College.
  3. Please note that the Registration Number (RC) as issued to companies by the CAC must appear on the Letter Head, with contact telephone numbers,valid e-mail address and the official company address. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) by inclusion of Certificate of Incorporation and Article of Association.
  4. Valid Tax Clearance for the last three years (2014-2016) issued by the Federal Inland Revenue indicating the amount of VAT remitted.
  5. Interim Registration Report (IRR) issued by Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) as evidence of registration on the National Database of Contractors.
  6. And also that the Letter Head Papers must bear the name (s) and Nationalities of Directors of the company at the bottom of the page.

NOTICE OF PROCUREMENTS
The College Management through the procurement unit wishes to Request Expression of Interest and Quotation from reputable consultants and suppliers with relevant experience for execution of the following:

  1. Staff Training and Development
  2. Procurement of cleaning materials
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
  2. Evidence of company’s current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last threeyears.
  3. Evidence of current Pension Clearance Certificate in compliance with the PENCOM Reform Act 2014.
  4. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of contractors, consultants service providers by inclusion of Interim Registration Report (IRR) issued by Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP).
  5. Evidence of current ITF Certificate in compliance with Industrial Training Fund (ITF).
  6. Current Sworn Affidavit disclosing; that the company does not have any Director who has been convicted in any court in Nigeria or any other country for criminal offence.
  7. Whether or not any officer of the FCE (T.), Akoka is a former or present Director, shareholder.
  8. Certificate of Registration with professional body (Applicable to Consultancy Service).
COLLECTION AND SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
Interested and competent;

Consultants are to submit their Expression of Interest so also the suppliers are to collect Request for Quotation from the Procurement Unit of the Federal College of Education on or before 19th January, 2018 at 2:00p.m
