NOTICE TO ALL NEWLY ADMITTED DEGREE AND NCE STUDENTS FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION
SUBJECT: COMMENCEMENT OF REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR DEGREE AND NCE PROGRAMMES 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION
The College wishes to inform all the newly admitted undergraduate students that the registration exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session shall commence on Monday 2nd February, 2026. The registration will be conducted in accordance with the guidelines outlined below:
a. Confirm admission status from the student’s JAMB CAPS Portal and accept admission.
b. Print JAMB Admission letter from the portal of Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB)
c. Visit the Directorate of ICT of the College for proper guide to online payment of acceptance fee and print receipt.
d. Fill and print the Bio-Data Form (BDF) and Letter of Admission of the College.
e. Submit photocopies of the following documents to the admissions office for verification and further action.
i. Copy of letter of admission from the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB)
ii. Copy of letter of admission from the College
iii. Copy of UTME Result Slip
iv. Copy of O’Level Result(s)
v. Copy of receipts of all fees paid
vi. Copy of Bio-Data Form (BDF)
vii. Original Medical Certificate of Fitness from the College (Plus X-ray report)
viii. Original of endorsed Course Forms
ix. Four passport photographs
x. Copy of Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
xi. A letter of reference from a person of reputable standing
f. A duly signed Provisional Admission Clearance Certificate (PACC) will be issued to
you at the Admissions office.
g. Obtain the Schedule of School Fees on the College Portal as prompted.
h. Pay your School fees as indicated and proceed online within 24hours to complete the Course Registration Form (CRF) for the Session
i. Print the Course Registration Form (CRF) and submit to your Course Adviser for endorsement.
j. Visit the College Clinic and Library for appropriate Registration
k. Full registration is evidenced by the issue of the Final Admission Clearance Certificate (FACC) duly endorsed by the Registrar towards the procurement of Examination Docket online.
Please note: Students are expected to complete their registration documentation in triplicates not later than three weeks after payment of acceptance fee.
