INVITATION FOR TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL BIDS FOR THE EXECUTION OF 2015-2016 TETFUND INTERVENTION AND INTERNALLY GENERATED REVENUE

The Federal College of Education (Tech.), Akoka wishes to invite reputable contractors and suppliers with relevant proven competence and experience to submit tenders for the execution of the following projects:-

*The scopes of work for the proposed procurements are detailed in the bidding documents which shall be issued to respective bidders.

Prospective bidders must possess the under-listed requirements to be eligible to participate in this procurement:-
i) Certificate of Incorporation Affairs Commission(CAC)
ii) Evidence of company’s current Tax certificate for the last three (3) years (2015, 2016 & 2017)
iii) Evidence of current Pension clearance certificate in compliance with the Amended PenCom Reform Act 2014.
iv) Evidence of registration with National Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF).
v) Database of contractors, Consultants Service providers by inclusion of Registration Report (IRR) issued by Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP).
vi) Evidence of current ITF certificate in compliance with the Industrial Training Fund 2005.
vii) Evidence of registration with National Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSIF).
viii) Verifiable evidence of financial capability within the last 3 years (2015, 2016 & 2017).
Current Sworn Affidavit disclosing:-
i. that the company is not in receivership, insolvent or bankrupt.
ii. that the company does not have any Director who has ever been convicted in any court in Nigeria or any other country for
criminal offence in relation to fraudulent financial impropriety.
iii whether or not any officer of the College is a former or present Director Shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder.
iv. that all documents submitted for the bidding are true and current particulars.
v. list and verifiable documentary evidences of at least two (2) similar jobs successfully executed within the last five (5) years
including letters of awards and job completion certificates

Interested and competent bidders are requested to collect bid document from the procurement office, Federal College of Education (T.) Akoka-Yaba, upon presentation of payment of non–refundable tender fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) through Remita (www.remita.net).

Prospective bidders shall enclose their Technical documents in a separate envelope (marked Technical) and the financial Bid in another envelope (marked financial) the two separate envelopes shall be enclosed in one sealed outer envelope clearly marked ‘INVITATION TO TENDER” – Lot No (indicate the Lot the bid is for) in three (3) sets one (1) original and two (2) copies submissions should be addressed to: The Provost, Federal College of Education (T.) Akoka-Yaba. P.O.Box 269 Lagos. Submissions should be made into the tampered proof box in The College Registrar’s Office.

Submission of bids closes on Monday 16th April, 2018 at 1.00p.m. any bid received after the stated date and time shall not be considered. The submitted bids shall be opened on the same day. Monday 16th April, 2018 at1:00pm at the college Lecture Theater. Bidders/company representatives and interested members of the public, including relevant professional bodies, Civil Society and Non-Governmental Organization are hereby invited to witness the public opening of the technical bids.

i. Certificate may be referred to the respective issuing authority for verification and authentication.
ii. Submission that do not meet up with the requirement above shall be rejected
