The establishment of the Business Development Center (BDC) is an initiative of African Development Fund (ADF) Assisted Skills Training and V0cational Education (STVE) project in the Department of Technology and Science Education (DTSE) of Federal Ministry of Education , Abuja, Nigeria. The initiative is leveraging on the the existing production units of Federal Science and Technical Colleges (FSTCs) and other benefiting institutions as well as plans to expand these units into the BDCs in which public -private -community partnership will be enhanced. This Center is an educational resource center that provides training, counseling, technical skills, mentorship and financial guidance to students and local entrepreneurs for starting business or sustaining exiting ones. The DBC builds capacity of entrepreneurs in human and financial management, business plains preparation; fund sourcing, legal and regulatory matters, research, networking, science and Technical skills, especially ICT. for Picture go to downloads
